Project Description
We designed the core and shell for this 250,000 square foot headquarters for Adobe as a core and shell project, and then designed the complete tenant improvement. The project is certified LEED Gold, and uses indirect/direct evaporative cooling to reduce cooling costs by approximately 70%. It is a VAV reheat system with condensing boilers. The tenant finish for this project includes a full kitchen, gymnasium, common spaces and open and private offices.
