Project Description

A 90,000 sf science and technology building that includes teaching and laboratory spaces serving majors that include geology, biology, chemistry, and engineering. The diverse lab types range from organic chemistry and genetics to cadaver rooms and a digital anatomy lab. Heating and cooling for the building is provided from the existing central chilled water and heating water plants, but energy use was further reduced by using indirect/direct evaporative cooling systems in the air handlers.
