Project Description

A new 150,000 SF facility to house the University’s Executive Business program consisting of lecture classrooms, auditorium, dining, event and collaboration space. VRF systems combined with energy recovery and evaporative cooling struck the right balance of first-cost and operating efficiency for this project.
