Project Description
Comfort, safety and cost-effectiveness drove this design. Radiant floor heat, and semi-custom air handlers with increased filtration and UV disinfection met the goals. The project includes a new 3-story office with open office and private offices. The entry includes in-floor radiant heating that provides exceptional comfort in a large open space. The project implements UV lighting in the supply air systems and high level filtration to increase the air systems capability at reducing any infectious disease spread through the mechanical systems.
