Work under the direction of project manager to accurately and efficiently design electrical, lighting, and low voltage systems. Design work includes simultaneous work on parallel multiple projects, each delivered on schedule, with high client satisfaction.

REVIT MODELER, ELECTRIC OR MECHANICAL
Work under the direction of a project manager and project engineers/designers to develop accurate REVIT models and clear, concise, accurate, coordinated and timely construction documents. This role represents a skilled BIM software modeling expert with solid understanding of building mechanical, electrical and structural systems.

MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Work under the direction of the project manager to accurately and efficiently design HVAC and plumbing systems. Design mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and control systems. Develop and demonstrate fluency in design and software tools.

MECHANICAL ENGINEER INTERNSHIP
Calculate heating and cooling loads. Select and specify equipment and components. Develop 3D models to coordinate and describe the HVAC system. Visit job sites to ensure proper installation of equipment. Assist with the start-up of the systems.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER INTERNSHIP
Calculate illumination layout and lighting. Calculate power loads. Layout electrical rooms. Select and specify equipment. Select and specify communications, fire, alarm, and security systems.
