The Keller Business Building uses indirect/direct evaporative cooling (IDEC) to keep the building comfortable while providing additional outdoor air to the building occupants, helping them stay focused while attending classes in the building.  The IDEC system reduces the building’s peak demand for chilled water so that an expansion to the central chiller plant was not necessary.
