Existing, outdated VAV air handlers were replaced with a Dedicated Outdoor Air System (DOAS) serving water-source VRF fan coils connected to Weber State’s central condenser water distribution system. The smaller air handlers and ductwork freed up former mechanical space for other programmatic uses.
