This zero-emission, all-electric, 40,000 sf state-of-the-art science classroom building with biology and physics lab space, outdoor education classroom and gear storage, and robotics, tool lab and maker space programs utilizes a ground-source heat pump system and water-source dedicated outdoor air systems for ventilation and laboratory make-up air, resulting in a first-year measured EUI of 44 kbtu/sf/year.
