WHY HIRE US FOR LIBRARY PROJECTS?

Colvin Engineering Associates is highly qualified to be the mechanical and electrical engineer for library projects. Our portfolio of library design ranges from small, rural branch libraries to central urban headquarters in throughout Utah.
We understand that mechanical systems for libraries need to be flexible, in order to accommodate different operating schedules and changing uses; efficient, often requiring LEED certification but always requiring low operating costs; quiet, because no matter the use, it’s still a library; and functional, since limited operating budgets should be spent on services, not HVAC repair.
Systems that we have designed that meet the specific needs of libraries range from simple rooftop systems, to ground-coupled heat pumps, variable refrigerant flow (VRF), underfloor displacement and thermal storage.
